Whether you’re looking for a gritty high-intensity workout inside our community, prefer in-person private training sessions, or just need that little extra push, we’ll make it happen under our roof - no matter what your current fitness level is.

FIT:60

Our on-site classes combine a wide variety of functional movements performed at high-intensity. Workouts include cardio, weightlifting, olympic lifting, gymnastics and more. Prepare for something different every day as you build stamina, strength and confidence.
*Prep Course -or- functional movement training experience required

1-ON-1 PREP COURSE

Our 1-on-1 Prep Course is designed to get you comfortable and confident with the skills and movements you’ll be doing in our FIT:60 classes. It’s 3-5, private, 1-hour sessions with one of our highly trained coaches - and scheduled based on your preference. You and your coach, together, will get you ready to jump into our FIT:60 classes with confidence!

*FIT:60 Prep Course is recommended for people who are new to barbells and Olympic Weightlifting. Prep Course subject to coach availability.

PRIVATE TRAINING

Private Training sessions at FITERNITY are the perfect way to interact with our Trainers in a 1-on-1 environment. Whether you have specific goals or just want added support, a Private Training session is the perfect way to reach your fitness goals. Each private training session is 45-minutes. Once purchased, one of our Trainers will reach out to you to setup your session.*
