No matter what your current fitness level is, we can help you achieve your goals with our proven programming, custom accessory, private training, and more. We refer to our two main courses of programming as FIT FOR LIFE and WE RISE. We also have one-on-one training available for those looking to take their fitness to the next level.

FIT FOR LIFE

Our FIT FOR LIFE Track is designed to be completed in a 60 minute session. Each session includes a full strength or skill component coupled with metabolic conditioning. The programming includes clear strength progressions and conditioning variance. Each cycle is tailored for optimal performance in the everyday athlete.

WE RISE

Our WE RISE Accessory Programming is designed to work in conjunction with our FIT FOR LIFE track. The programming consists of athlete-specific accessory pieces that complement our FIT FOR LIFE programming while also targeting the goals of the athlete. As a result, the combination will create a full training session between 90-120 minutes in length.

PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS

Private Training sessions at FITERNITY are the perfect way to interact with our Trainers in a 1-on-1 environment. Whether you have specific goals or just want added support, a Private Training session is the perfect way to reach your fitness goals. Each private training session is 45-minutes. Once purchased, one of our Trainers will reach out to you to setup your session.*
